We plan to expand further into existing and new sectors, welcome new graduates and have taken trips to Val Thorens and Mykonos!

2022

The company grew to 25, and more records were broken! The whole team enjoyed a trip to Barcelona in June and 8 graduates joined in September.

2021

2021

We moved to a new office by the Shard, and grew to 17! 2021 was a record year for Leadenhall – which was celebrated with company trips to Portugal and Moscar.

The company came through the pandemic and we welcomed three new consultants. We also opened our Strategy Consulting division!

The team grew to 8 in 2019 and we outgrew our office, having to move to a new, larger office on Gresham Street.

In 2018, we established our US market presence and took our first annual company ski trip!

In September 2017, the Data and Technology and Advisory Consulting divisions were formed, and the team grew to 5.

2016

2016

Leadenhall Search and Selection was founded by two management consultants and moved into our Lime Street office. The risk division doubled in size!
