Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting Consultant to Senior Manager positions for one of the fastest-growing Financial Consulting firms in the US. They have offices across the whole of the US, including Texas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Philadelphia, and are also offering remote work.

The Role

• Lead and support the successful delivery of various Financial Transformation initiatives including finance with business strategy to aid the overall organization’s future vision 
• Evaluate clients’ business problems/demands/gaps, identifying the root issues
• Plan and build strategies that determine end-to-end finance processes
• Establish and bolster ideas to help the company grow
• Distribute information surrounding current and emerging trends

The Person

• Big 4 experience
• 2-10 years of experience in industry accounting/finance and/or public accounting
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assimilate into teams easily
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve issues
• Enthusiastic with a commitment to quality client service
• Experience in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies (Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion, etc)
• Knowledge in ERP technology (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc)
