Financial Consultant

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently partnering with a Financial Consultancy located widespread across the US. They are actively hiring from consultants up to Directors. The firm covers a wide range of industries from banking, energy, insurance, technology and healthcare to name a few.

The Role

The overriding compliance is to Lead and/or support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Financial Transformation initiatives aligning finance with business strategy in support of the broader organization’s future vision:

• Collaborating with internal partners to understand client needs
• Identify and support business development initiatives
• Develop thought capital and disseminate information around current and emerging trends
• Improving and maintaining an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations across all industries within the Financial Services space
• Develop Finance strategies by assessing client’s business challenges, distinguishing the fundamental issues and recommending a solution

The Person 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the big 4 – proportionately increases with seniority of role
• Solid understanding of the finance function, operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and financial technologies experience
• Experience leading a project team or being a key member within a function
• Extremely strong communication skills to articulate the value proposition and business case for various finance transformation solutions
