Katie leads the Legal Executive Search team here at Leadenhall, with a global reach and particular focus on the UK and US markets. She works with US/Magic Circle law firms, specialist boutique firms and in-house legal teams across multiple industries supporting high quality talent acquisition and hiring strategies. She typically covers roles ranging from Associate to Partner and General Counsel with base salaries from £100k-£800k. She works in an exclusive, retained or contingent capacity with her client base, consistently obtaining repeat business and positive experience reports following her engagement.
